MEET THE TWO JUAN
Both Juans are farmers from the Hunter Valley of NSW devoted to fresh, handmade, locally grown and produced gourmet food. The land is kept free of pesticides and chemical fertilisers were farming animals are grass fed and free to roam. All gourmet products are specially made in small quantities and to their stringent quality specifications using organically and ethically grown pigs, poultry and trout.

Dos Juans are well known professional cheesemakers and trainers running Home Cheese Making workshops at selected venues around Northern Sydney, Central Coast and the Hunter Valley. These workshops are suitable for all levels – ranging from the complete novice to those with experience desiring to further develop their skills. These workshops are popular with home enthusiasts, coffee shop owners, chefs, and others just interested in learning more about the art of cheese making.

FINE FOOD
Our products range from fresh and smoked chorizo to a selection of authentic salami, traditional from regional Spain, and made using our ancestor’s recipes. You will also find fresh soft and mature goat cheese, mature sheep milk cheese and a selection of mouth-watering smoked or infused with truffles vintage cheddars together with fresh or smoked trout organically grown in crystal clear spring water without the need for growth hormones, antibiotics and artificial colouring.

OUR TROUT
Mouth-watering rainbow TROUT fillets are boneless and skinless and delicately garnished with a combination of herbs and spices. You can have your choice of Plain, Sumac & Dill – Pepper – Tarragon & Chives – Chilli – Bush Lemon.
Trout Pate is also a delicious and unique product you will seriously love.
It is reassuring to know the trout at this farm are ethically grown, nourished with organically prepared food and thriving in an abundance of crystal clear spring water without the need for growth hormones, antibiotics and colouring. A guarantee many salmon growers may find difficult to provide.
Every week we receive a fresh delivery of medal winning trout fillets and pate and can’t wait to share them with you. You can also place your order of whole fresh or smoked trout with us.

We’re pleased to introduce a gluten-free range of products for all our customers who need to avoid gluten.
